Vodacom’s latest stats reveal which smartphone dominates the pack in SA.

South Africans have a diverse taste when it comes to smartphones, but is there any particular model or brand which dominates as the most popular in the country? Vodacom has recently released some statistics which provide some insight into which devices are most popularly used on the network.
According to the statistics posted on MyBroadband, the BlackBerry 8520 Curve, the BlackBerry 9320 Curve, and the BlackBerry 9300 Curve are the most used smartphones on Vodacom’s network.
The findings show that while Blackberry is on the decline in terms of global market share, many South Africans still prefer the more affordable models of the brand.
