How much will the brand-spanking-new Ford Mustang cost in SA? We’ve got the details…
While some of you may have seen the odd imported Ford Mustang on the road over the last couple years, Ford South Africa is officially launching the iconic powered-up pony in the country in 2016, and we have all the details on the pricing.
This will be the first right-hand drive models in SA, in both coupe and convertible body styles, and here’s the respective model’s local pricing plan:
Mustang 2,3 Ecoboost Fastback Manual – R699,900
Mustang 2,3 EcoBoost Fastback Auto – R719,900
Mustang 2,3 EcoBoost Convertible Auto – R779,900
Mustang 5,0 GT Fastback Manual – R819,900
Mustang 5,0 GT Fastback Auto – R839,900
Mustang 5,0 GT Convertible Auto – R899,900
As you can see, both the 2,3-litre EcoBoost and 5,0 GT models are offered with the choice of either a manual or automatic transmission.
Prices include a 4 year/120 000 km warranty and 5 year/100 000 km service plan.
Optional metallic paint will cost an additional R750.
