SA Company Brings High Quality Beach Bats, Bags, & Other Apparel To Local Shores
Get summer-ready with Chill Winstan’s range of beach necessities.
It’s official – summer has rolled into the Republic, and as South Africans prepare to hit the pools, beaches, lakes, and dams (or maybe just enjoy the epic gardens and parks) of our beautiful country, you’re going to need to get geared up for the action.
Thankfully, a new South African beach apparel company has launched to help deliver all the critical things we need in our sandy adventures.
Chill Winstan offers a selection of bags, windbreaks, surfboard socks, caps, umbrellas, and arguably the most crucial item for any summer excursion, beach bats.
For the most part, the items are hand-made locally by the women of the Where Rainbows Meet sewing project in Vrygrond, Cape Town, providing sustainable incomes for their families. So not only an awesome initiative, but one which benefits the local community too.
Charlotte Koep is the brains behind the operation. Originally an attorney with a love for Chilling Winstan and all things beach, Koep decided to ditch the corporate rat race and to start making beach apparel with a difference. Her aim? To brighten up your beach experience and help you Chill Winstan even more.
