The Full Trailer for Richie McCaw’s Movie is Finally Here

Love him or hate him, Richie McCaw is one of (if not the) greatest rugby players to ever have lived.

An absolute menace on the field and a true gentleman off it, the double World Cup winning All Blacks captain and the most capped player of all time is getting a documentary-style film about his life and rugby career, and it’s looking pretty epic.

Transmission Films has released a trailer for what should be their epic telling of McCaw’s story up to this point. It looks like we’ll get to see plenty from his youth and it should also answer some pressing questions about what he plans to do with the rest of his life.

Richie McCaw – Chasing Great opens in New Zealand on September 1st. Here’s to hoping it does well enough to get a chance for a wider release.
