Ray-Ban Channels Old-School Cool, Remasters Classic Aviator with ‘The General’
Nothing screams cool quite like a pair of classic Aviator sunglasses.
Nothing screams cool quite like a pair of classic Aviator sunglasses. And, when you think Aviators you automatically think of the original creators of cool, Ray-Ban. The bold and unmistakable design was originally created back in 1987 as a tribute to the pioneering spirit of General Douglas Macarthur, and now Ray-Ban is taking a little inspiration from old school style and mixing it with a little bit of modern flair to bring us a new, remastered aviator look in the new Ray-Ban ‘The General’ Aviators.
Ray-Ban’s new offering, The General is the ultimate celebration of the iconoclastic spirit of Ray-Ban. Today’s design is slightly reinterpreted, staying true to the Aviator spirit yet with more squared lenses and a bold upper bar. We love these sunnies for their durable and tough look – put them on and you’ll instantly feel like the boss you were born to be.
The classically cool look is perfectly fitted to most faces and comes in 8 different frame colours and lens finishes. Choose from options like gold frames with light blue gradient lenses, silver frames with copper gradient flash lenses, bronze-copper frames with pink/brown gradient lenses, black frames with silver gradient flash lenses, and so much more.
Ray-Ban’s The General is now available at stockists around South Africa including Sunglass Hut.
