Jack Parow Haters Beware… He Doesn’t Care

Jack Parow had to be led off stage at a recent show in Newcastle, KZN. The SA favourite apparently offended concert goers by swearing too much, leading one particular man to try storm the stage and physically abuse Parow – thankfully the cops got him before he got Parow. Further disgruntled fans went on to label the rapper a “satan slang” and a “disgrace to the Afrikaner language.”

In light of this burst of hatred, Jack Parow had this to say:

“I’m not going to be fake.  I swear in real life and I say who I am. I don’t put on a façade and people must just deal with that,”

“I was signing autographs for about three hours afterwards, and people were chanting my name, so whatever.”
“It’s not like I’m going out in my car announcing it on speakers. It’s a personal choice and you can choose to listen to it or not.”

The real “slang in die gras” is the fool who put Parow’s spot straight after Steve Hofmeyer – no wonder some conservative Hofmeyer fans got upset. Jack Parow and Steve Hofmeyer’s musical approach couldn’t be more different.
