Matt Damon & Christian Bale Join Forces to Build the World’s Best Racing Car in ‘Ford v Ferrari

An often untold rivalry in history is that of Ford and Ferrari’s. While on somewhat opposite ends of the consumer spectrum, the giant veteran car manufacturers had a tense battle in the racing world when it came to the iconic Le Mans 24 Hour.

In the upcoming film, Ford v Ferrari, Matt Damon takes on the role of Ford vehicle designer Carroll Shelby with Christian Bale as his British driver Ken Miles as the two join forces to try and unseat Ferrari in the 1966 edition of the Le Mans race.

Ford v Ferrari is directed by James Mangold (Logan) and also stars Jon Bernthal (The Punisher, The Walking Dead), Caitriona Balfe (Outlander), and Noah Jupe (Honey Boy), and will hit theatres in November.
