WATCH: Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City Trailer Released
Check out the first trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil movie reboot!

The Resident Evil franchise has had its fair share of time on the big-screen, with six films starring Milla Jovovich being released over the past two decades. However, as with all things as of late, the beloved horror franchise is set for a cinematic reboot, and the first trailer for director Johannes Roberts’ new direction for the Resident Evil universe has been released.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City will be somewhat of a retelling of the original game’s premise, set during the initial outbreak of the zombie-creating virus in Raccoon City and the events that unfold at the Spencer Mansion and Raccoon City Police Department. The cast includes Kaya Scodelario (Crawl) as Claire Redfield, Hannah John-Kamen as Jill Valentine, Robbie Amell as Chris Redfield, Tom Hopper as Albert Wesker, Avan Jogia as Leon S. Kennedy, and Neal McDonough as William Birkin.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City is set to hit cinemas on 24 November 2021.
