Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s DC Movie Role Revealed

After months of speculation, it’s been confirmed that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will play the character of Black Adam from the DC comic-book universe.

Johnson will appears in the big-screen adaptation of Shazam, the comic-book which tells the tale of Captain Marvel (AKA Shazam, due to an infringement on Marvel’s rights). Black Adam is the primary nemesis of Shazam.

Who exactly will be playing Shazam is still unknown, but with Johnson as the villian, it’s they’re going to have to get on-board someone who can go toe-to-toe with the people’s champ.
