‘The Exorcist’ Makes its Return with the First Trailer for the Long-Awaited Sequel

A brand-new trailer for The Exorcist: Believer has been released, bringing one of horror’s most iconic franchises back to the big-screen.

The Exorcist: Believer started out as a potential reboot for the famed series, but instead morphed into a sequel to the original set of films, starting all the way back with the 1973 classic; with Ellen Burstyn (one of The Exorcist‘s original actors) even reprising her role as Chris MacNeil.

The film follows two girls who find themselves possessed by a powerful demonic force. Desperate, the parents go in search of someone who has had similar experiences to help them save their children from the grasp of the Hellish entity.

The Exorcist: Believer will arrive in cinemas on 13 October 2023.
