New Spider-Man 2 Trailer Pits an Epic Showdown Between Venom, Peter, and Miles

Insomniac Games’ highly-anticipated sequel to 2018’s Spider-Man is one of the biggest games of the month, set for a release on 20 October 2023, and the developer has released a brand-new trailer setting the tone for the game.

The ‘main’ villain of Spider-Man 2 will be Kraven the Hunter, who has arrived in New York for the hunt of a lifetime. However, one of the other key foes will be noneother than Venom. The new trailer sees Peter Parker and Mile Morales (now a fully-fledged Spider-Man following the events of the standalone expansion, Spider-Man: Miles Morales) taking on the iconic symbiote enemy.

Spider-Man 2 hits the PS5 on 20 October.
