You Have to Watch this New Batman Beyond Fan Film

Fans have been demanding a Batman Beyond movie for years, and thanks to a new independent fan film, you can get a glimpse of what a fully-fledged Batman Beyond movie might look like.

The live-action short film is based on the beloved Batman Beyond cartoon from the 90s, that DC seems to have overlooked in past decades, particularly as a potential movie opportunity. Set in a futuristic Gotham City, it follows an older Bruce Wayne who trains and mentors a high-schooler (Terry McGinnis) in the ways of becoming Batman.

Batman Beyond: Year One was written and directed by Michael Yu and stars Ryan Potter, Isabelle Hahn, Justin Vancho, Fiona Dorn, D.Y. Sao, Koki Tomlinson, Tony Vittorioso, Bruce Inaba & Dayna Huor.
