Minions Movie Finally Gets Its First Trailer

The first trailer for the inevitable, yet necessary Minions movie is here, and it looks like we’re in for some serious laughs with the Despicable Me spin-off.

By giving the most popular characters from said movie their own feature, Universal and Illumination Entertainment are surely looking at one of the biggest hits of 2015.

Minions, directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, is the origin story of the little critters, telling of their early development, and landing at a trio called Kevin, Stuart and Bob. These three are hunting for someone to serve, and they find such a person: Scarlet Overkill, voiced by Sandra Bullock. Then, for reasons to be revealed, the Minions need saving from being wiped out.

Set mainly in the 1960s, the film arrives in June 2015.
