Jump Street And Men In Black Crossover Happening?
Could we be seeing the guys from 22 Jump Street crossing paths with some alien detectives from MIB?
The writers behind the Jump Street and Men In Black franchises have reporetedly been considering a crossover movie which will see the two funny-yet-action-packed plots and characters overlap. It sounds like a bizarre idea, but stranger things have happened.
The news originally comes from some leaked documents from the cyberterrorism attack on Sony’s servers last year, which mentioned the idea of the hybrid movie, but now the writers are actually talking about it.
Speaking with MTV.com, LEGO Movie and Jump Street writer/directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord have said that the idea is something they’re considering.
“Nothing’s changed”, said Lord. “It’s still a crazy idea, and we only do things that seem like they’re going to be terrible”.
Miller and Lord are currently developing 23 Jump Street, and he said that “we’re really focussing on what’s a great story for Schmidt and Jenko and how to tell the next chapter in their lives. And perhaps use creatures from another world at the same time”.
Lord and Miller are also putting the script for The LEGO Movie 2 together, and as Lord admits, “we’re developing a lot of things”.

Could be cool. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are hilarious together, so it would be awesome to see them in a different set up.
