You’ve always got to give credit where it’s due, (especially when it’s local) and South African drummer Jason Oosthuizen deserves some credit.

We’ve had our eye on this YouTube drummer for quite some time now, and his latest video is noteworthy for two things: 1) his incredible technique and style and 2) it’s filmed in the gorgeous scenery of Sea Point, Cape Town.

Oosthuizen, who has played with the likes of Van Coke Cartel, Jack PArow, Fokofpolisiekar, and the Narrow, often posts drum covers and behind-the-scenes videos on his YouTube channel.
