BMW’s New Z4 Deserves to be Admired
The new BMW Z4 has finally been unveiled!
There have been some images floating around the web of BMW’s redesigned 2019 Z4, but the suspense can finally end – we have some official pics of the new-look roadster hitting the streets next year.
It’s clearly a Z-series roadster and shares some traits with its predecessor – but its design cues have clearly been influenced by the contemporary direction BMW’s aesthetic is moving towards. The back in particular is quite reminiscent of the 6-Series boot shape.
All the nitty-gritty tech specifications haven’t been released yet, but it’s confirmed that a 250kW/340 horsepower straight-six engine will be powering the car. In addition, it will have a host of M-Performance modifications like braking and suspension systems, as well as an M Sport transmission to the rear axle.
There aren’t any pricing details as of yet, but the new BMW Z4 will also be shown at the upcoming Paris Motor Show from 4-14 October 2018 before its worldwide market launch in the first quarter of 2019, so any BMW enthusiasts wanting to get their hands on it won’t have to wait too long.
