Puma & Polaroid Team Up to Release Some Epic Runners
Some snap-worthy sneakers!

A little while ago, Puma announced that they’d be partnering up with Polaroid, and they’ve finally lifted the lid on what exactly this collaboration would entail – revealing a couple of great runner silhouettes from Puma that were inspired by the popular photography titan.
The two models are pretty different in terms of design, despite sharing a common colour pattern, which includes a lot of black and off-white/grey for the upper with hits of colour in different areas like the sole and tongue.
RS-100
The first, and more retro of the two, is the RS-100 silhouette that has a lot of cues from 80s running shoes in its design. The paneling on the upper (shifting from smooth leather to black mesh), old-school Puma logo, and traditional running shoe foam from back in the day, all lend a more nostalgic vibe to this runner. Its also includes splashes of colour on the sole, along with the Polaroid rainbow pattern stretching from heel to toe.
RS-0
The second in the set, the RS-0, is the more modern of the two. It features a one-piece tongueless upper with a stretching collar at the top – both of which are very in-vogue for more modern running and athleisure sneakers right now. The chunkier sole is also very on trend, so the more fashion-conscious sneakerhead is likely to have their eyes on this one. The rainbow motif makes its appearance here, too, streaking its way up the tongue.
The sneaker pack will be available in-store on 27 October 2018, at PUMA Select stores and Shelflife, with the RS-100 set to retail for R2,899 and the RS-0 sitting with a price-tag of R2,999.
Which of these two photo-ready runners catch your eye? Retro is in right now, and always comes back, so the RS-100 gets our vote!
