Sneaker Re-Seller & Pre-Loved Marketplace Launches in SA

A new sneaker resale platform called Solemate has launched in South Africa, providing a digital marketplace to connect keen buyers with resellers and individuals retailing new and pre-loved footwear.

The platform connects buyers and resellers of premium sneakers, making sneaker culture more accessible to the local market. Solemate has also partnered with sneaker-cleaning company Sneaker Shack, which processes over 60,000 sneakers per year across its 10 stores, to act as part of a bigger strategy to have an impact on footwear and environmental sustainability.
