Sandton Craft Beer Fair – All The Details

As the weather begins to turn in beautiful Johannesburg, microbreweries around the country are bringing their unique beers to showcase at the Sandton Craft Beer Fest taking place from 20-21 September at the Sands.

The fair will give visitors the chance to try some awesome locally-brewed beer while also enjoying the sounds of SA’s newest and up-and-coming artists, such as Tidal Waves, Black Cat Bones, Cable Stealing Gypsies and The Velves.

The two-day festival will also feature a beer pong tournament to get the competitive visitors into the vibe, as well as a mechanical bull, which will surely provide some laughs throughout the day. There will also be food stalls with some great things on offer.

Some of the breweries which will have their beers available include Boston Breweries, Cape Brewing Co., Citizen, Copperlake Brewery, Darling Brew Jack Blacks, Mitchell’s Beer, and Three Skulls Brew Works, to name a few.

Early bird tickets are already sold out, but if you’d like to get involved in the event, check out the general tickets which range from R150 for Saturday, 20 September, to R100 to attend Sunday, 21 September.
