5 big movies releasing in SA this weekend

If you’re planning on hitting the movies this weekend, we’ve got you covered for what’s on. This weekend we’ve got a cotton-stuffed comedy, a disaster movie of epic proportions and a local movie that captures the essence of coming of age in SA.

The film is a locally-produced coming-of-age romantic comedy set against the backdrop of a 2004 matric dance. It follows Jana, who has to make the difficult choice between her closest friend and her dream date, with a little guidance from her parents and her fairy godmother, Suzy,
