Lucas Piazon is such a great young talent, he had a good loan spell at Vitesse. I’m keen to see how he fits in back at Chelsea.
The Lions game was such a cracker, definitely should be on the top 5 games of the weekend. Such a great performance from a team that is so often underrated. Would be great to see them lift the Currie Cup and get some players into the Bok training camp for the World Cup.
Another great game, I’m going to show some bias, was the Chelsea Villa encounter at the Bridge. At 1 – 0 Chelsea looked like they had complete control but went on to win it 3 – 0.
Other notable games were the two derbies (LFC vs Everton – with a cracker of a goal from Jagielka, and Arsenal vs Spurs) both ending in draws.
Possibly one of the most exciting games was the Southampton vs QPR at the St Mary’s Stadium. Two goals, that I reckon will be up for goal of the month – if not season, from Pelle and Austin are well worth a search through youtube to find.

Having a set-piece taker like Piazon is definitely a game-changer.
Those too are some great moments you mentioned – on the lookout for those highlights!

Rooney also celebrated his 10th anniversary with United with a cracker or a goal and a red card.
