The weekend delivered some big moments in the form of some great goals, incredible tries, spectacular shots and some surprise wins, and we’ve wrapped up the five best right here:

Djokovic emerges as the king of Wimbledon – Defending champion Novak Djokovic has won a third Wimbledon title, ruthlessly shattering Roger Federer’s bid for a record eighth triumph.

Nathan Friend creates amazing try with through-the-legs pass – New Zealand hooker Nathan Friend produced what’s been described as “the greatest piece of rugby league gymnastics ever” to set up a stunning try for the Warriors against Melbourne.

Willie le Roux grabs a hat-trick – Springbok fullback Willie le Roux scored three great tries against the World XV at Newlands on Saturday, and what made it better was the involvement of Jean de Villiers, who made his comeback after a devastating knee injury last year November.

Serena continues to dominate – Serena Williams swept to her sixth Wimbledon and 21st Grand Slam crown with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Spain’s Garbine Muguruza.

Fowler takes the silverware in Scotland – Rickie Fowler birdied the last hole to win a gripping Scottish Open by one shot from Matt Kuchar and Raphael Jacquelin.
