We’ve all done it. The awkward spelling which results in a sexual innuendo, the drunken rambling, or purely messaging the wrong thing to the wrong person – there’s always those messages that you regret and wish you could instantly delete – now there’s a solution.

Ansa is a new app which allows users to delete a message off the recipient’s phone, whether they’ve read it or not. It’s basically like SnapChat, but you don’t have to pre-time your messages or images to self-destruct.

Ansa is the brainchild of 23-year-old Natalie Bryla, and bills itself as ‘the safest place to let go, and be yourself with friends’.

So there you go – now there’s no reason to be hesitant about sending that cringe-worthy message to your crush.
