iPhone 6 SA Release Date Revealed
When will South African Apple adopters get their hands on the iPhone 6?
iDevices lovers in South Africa will be pleased to know that the iPhone 6 and larger iPhone 6 Plus model will be released in the country on 24 October 2014.
Announced via a press release, Apple also revealed that the handsets will arrive in the Czech Republic, French West Indies, Greenland, Malta, Poland, and Reunion Island, alongside its SA launch.
The iPhone 6 will feature a 4.7-inch screen – a fair-bit larger than the 4-inch found on the current iPhone 5S model, and is 6.9-millimeters thin, making it the thinnest phone Apple has ever created.
The super-sized iPhone 6 Plus model will include a 5.5-inch display, is 7.1mm thin and features an anodized aluminum back plate.
Apple revealed more details on the devices back in September during the company’s unveiling event.
