SA Locals Launch Amazing Alarm App with Hilarious Video

It’s unanimous! The worst thing in the world is waking up and realising you’ve got things to do. But what if there was an app to make that moment a little sweeter?

Well, some South Africans have built a brand-new app which helps evolve the mundane alarm clock into a social event. It’s called Rooster.

The app is essentially the alarm clock of the future, allowing users to wake up in one of two ways: voice notes from friends or selecting from a variety of content, such as sports updates, a Martin Luther King speech, local music, or anything you want really.

Rooster is available for Android and iOS.
