5 Games We Need To Know More About
Clambering for any details has made the wait even more torturous for the following titles

There’s a few games coming our way this year that have got our intrigue metres in the red-zone, but which games are we desperate to know more about?
Dead Island 2
(Xbox One, PS4, PC) – 2015
Deep Silver and Spec-Ops: The Line developer Yager are teaming up for a brand new take on the Dead Island series. We do know it’s set in Los Angeles this time around, and besides eight-player cooperative zombie killing action, that’s all we know. We need to see more of this shambling survival adventure.
Batman: Arkham Knight
(Xbox One, PS4, PC) – June 2015
Rocksteady is donning cape and cowl for one last go at the Arkham series, and we’re already speculating who is under the Arkham Knight’s mask (no, the title doesn’t refer to Batman). June couldn’t come sooner.
The Division
(Xbox One, PS4, PC) – Late 2015
Ubisoft Massive’s ambitious, persistent online shooter is an enormous undertaking. We’ve seen developer walkthroughs, but now we want to get our hands on some new details, or even the game, to see its visually impressive Snowdrop Engine in motion.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
(Xbox One, PS4, PC) – 19 May 2015
CD Projekt bumped the conclusion to Geralt’s story from last year to May this year, which hasn’t made the wait any easier for The Witcher 3, although, we know it’ll be worth it. There’s a whole lot this game is hiding in its vast open-world, and we can’t wait to stab our way through it.
Halo 5: Guardians
(Xbox One) – Q3/Q4 2015
We’re eager to see more of 343 Industries’ next project, especially after the incredibly intriguing trailer released, showing Master Chief under scrutiny by a mysterious marine known as Spartan Locke. Will there be co-op? Will you even play as Master Chief? Only time will tell…
Which games do you feel you need some more information on? Let us know in the comments section below:

The Witcher III is my reason for getting an XBox One. Reported 200 hours of gameplay and vast maps. I would be dissapointed if it is not GOTY. The Division also looks like it is going to be epic judging from the gameplay. Hope Ubisoft maintains the same quality throughout the gameplay.

I was lucky enough to sit in a demonstration of it at Gamescom in 2013, and it was unbelievable then. I can only imagine now with another year or so of work on it. It’s going to be epic.
I think what will make and break the Division is the community participation. It could fall short if people don’t buy into it, but it looks like it could be amazing.

For this year I would personally add:
-Doom (haven’t heard anything on this game since playable beta announced with Wolfenstein last year)
-Batman Arkham Collection (dying to hear more details on this PS4/XB1 project)
-Journey (ANY official update on PS4 port yet…….???)
-Ultra SFIV (RELEASE DATE PLEASE, we’re currently IN Spring 2015!!!)
-StarFox (doesn’t this have a 2015 release date but virtually no info released?)

Yeah @disqus_DbQRN0pkuh:disqus – hopefully we hear some more on Doom at E3.
Arkham Collection will probably launch post Arkham Knight, as to not cannibal their own sales.
No news on Journey yet – will likely hit the PSN store in the coming months though. It would be silly for Sony not to re-release it on the new system.
Things have been quiet regarding Ultra Street Fighter IV. Will try follow up with local distributors if its still hitting retail in SA.
Maybe Nintendo is also holding off on the new Starfox until they reveal what their new “system” is at E3…
