The developers assure that every political alliance you build, combat strategy you employ, and dialogue choice you make – whether through violence or diplomacy – will alter your experience in Valhalla. You will also be able to construct, customise, and upgrade your settlement with new buildings like barracks, blacksmiths, and tattoo parlours, all while recruiting new members to grow your clan.
Combat-wise, the game brings back the massive battles from Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, giving you the ability to launch massive assaults against rival Saxon strongholds, with new combat movies featuring dismemberment and decapitation. Eivor will be able to dual-wield axes, swords, shields, and even the series’ famous hidden blade against the greatest variety of enemy types ever seen in Assassin’s Creed.
Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla will launch in Holiday 2020 on PS5 and Xbox Series X, as well as PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia.
