Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare ‘Exo Zombies’ Revealed, Arrives In January
Teaser video gives an official glimpse of Sledgehammer’s futuristic take on Call of Duty’s beloved Zombie mode.
After the initial leak that an enhanced Zombie mode would be included in the game, Sledgehammer Games has revealed Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s take on the series’ classic and beloved mode that will be released as DLC in January.
The first chapter of Exo Zombies will be included with the Havoc DLC pack in January, or as part of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Season Pass, developer Sledgehammer games has confirmed.
The news comes along with a public release of the teaser trailer of the new mode first glimpsed as a special end-game reward for Advanced Warfare players who beat the zombies wave in the Exo Survival co-op mode.
“As things were wrapping up around launch, we started playing around with the idea of what happens when zombies were thrown into the mix with exoskeleton gameplay,” said Sledgehammer in a statement accompanying the trailer.
“What we came up with is Exo Zombies – an entirely new breed of zombies and an entirely new co-op experience that is truly unique to Advanced Warfare.”
The $50 (around R550) Call of Duty Advanced Warfare season pass will also grant buyers access to four multiplayer DLC packs planned for release throughout 2015 – Havoc, Ascendance, Supremacy, and Reckoning.
