New Tony Hawk Game In The Works

Fans of tired fingers and muscle-memory will be glad to know that Tony Hawk, arguably the greatest vert skater of all time and the namesake of the classic Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise, took to Twitter to let the world know he’s working on a new game.

This comes after a tweet where Hawk announced that Tony Hawk’s Shred Session, a mobile game first announced in the spring, is on hold indefinitely. His follow-up tweet, clearly meant to excite those disappointed by the postponement, said “I’m currently working with Activision on a console game for 2015,” and that fans of the Pro Skater series will be hyped.

Activision confirmed that they are working with Hawk on upcoming console and mobile titles, and they’ll provide more information “when it becomes available.”
