For those who love action games like Sleeping Dogs and Sifu, a new game is in the works that fully embraces grimy crime settings and Kung Fu action, and it’s being developed by one single person.

Currently titled Condemned (not a final title), the action game is a project by Fajrul FN, a solo indie developer and 3D Artist from Indonesia.

“So my friends and I’ve been working on this project lately. It’s still in the early stages, but overall, the game will be a beat ’em up game set in Indonesia, heavily inspired by action films like The Raid, TNCU, etc.,” the developer wrote on Twitter.

The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5, and while it’s still in early development, looks sharp, combining physics-based combat and platforming traversal.

There is no release date, but the game is aimed to release on Steam Early Access at some point to get gamer feedback before a final release.
