Rugby 25 Release Date Confirmed
Rugby 25 is coming to consoles and PC sooner than you think.

While it’s been a long time in development, and literally changed from Rugby 24 to Rugby 25, the latest game from Big Ant Studios has finally landed its release date.
Rugby 25 will launch on 13 February 2025 on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4 and PC, as confirmed by Nacon and Big Ant Studios.
Rugby 25 will include over 140 International Teams including New Zealand, South Africa, England, France and Australia, plus over 150 Club Sides in 11 Competitions with URC, English Premiership Rugby, French Top 14, MLR and Super Rugby.
The game has been in Early Access mode on Steam for over 6 months, and with numerous updates from the developer, the game is finally ready to hit shelves.
The game itself has received a positive response from players who tried the Early Access, with each update making notable improvements to the general flow and features of the game.
Additionally, for the first time ever in a rugby game, Rugby 25 sees the inclusion of a substantial number of the best women’s rugby teams in the world, including New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, Argentina, Italy and the USA.
Featuring multiple game modes for both single and multiplayer gaming, Rugby 25 also introduces the renowned Big Ant Studios “Academy” to rugby, enabling the community the freedom and creativity to create their own players, teams and even stadiums. Playing your dream match, in the stadium of your choice, with your favourite team is now possible! The highly comprehensive career mode allows players to train their team, plan tournaments, manage rest periods and develop game strategy to lead their team to victory.
