SA gamers can still get Titanfall

Recently Titanfall, Respawn Entertainment’s multiplayer robo-man shooter, was cancelled for the South African region due to insufficient online performance results, but there appears to be a way for SA gamers to still get their hands on the anticipated title.

According to IGN Africa, PC gamers can buy a Titanfall code for Origin over on Evopoints, while Xbox One owners using a UK or US Xbox LIVE account can simply buy a digital copy of the game on their consoles.

The drawback is that SA gamers will be playing on international dataservers as opposed to local ones, but it’s better than nothing.

EA’s original statement confirming that Titanfall will not release in SA claimed that the South African online capabilities cannot “guarantee a great experience.”
