The Hottest Mobile Games of 2022
Check out all the hottest gaming apps to download in 2022.
The year is almost over, and that means looking to the future. You’ve seen everything 2021 has to offer, now you want 2022’s picks. So, let’s take a look and see what you should be playing come the New Year. Read on for all the details of the hottest gaming apps to download in 2022.
Pokémon Sleep
You’ve tried Pokémon Go, and that wanted you to walk, now try Pokémon Sleep, where the point is, you guessed it: to sleep. You might just snore through the hottest game of 2022, and that’ll be the point.
Pokémon Sleep aims to “turn sleep into entertainment” according to the Pokémon CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara in a Twitter post.
From what we know so far, with little information still released, Pokémon Sleep will take pointers from the famous Tamagotchi we all played with in the 90’s, and have your little Pokémon grow and evolve, even while you sleep next to them. You will catch Pokémon as usual throughout the day, and at night your phone will collect data with the Pokémon Go Plus + accessory on your sleeping patterns and train your Pokémon accordingly.
The Pokémon Sleep app was due to be released in 2020, and after a long wait, it seems it’s finally ready to be released to the public in 2022.
10bet
Sports betting is as much a staple as the sport itself, only now it’s coming to you. Watch your game and place bets as they play, all from the comfort of your own home. Visit 10bet Zambia to get your hands on the app and to see all the latest offers, including 50% loss coverage on net losses and 300,000 ZMW jackpot available.
And there’s a lot to look forward to in the sporting world in 2022. In football, there is the African Cup of Nations, and of course, leading into the FIFA World Cup, all supposed to happen within the first half of the year. It will be a lot to bet on.
If you’re looking to get into the action, visit 10bet to place your bets. Indeed, 10bet has recently signed into a sponsorship of Aduana Stars FC so, bet at 10bet Ghana to support your favourite team as you bet.
But it doesn’t stop there. There is the Australian Open in tennis in January, the horse racing Grand National in April, the Rugby World Cup Sevens in South Africa in September and far more.
Apex Legends
That’s right, the massively popular FPS is finally coming to the mobile. The Apex Legends crowd has been begging for this for years, and it’s finally arrived.
Highly ranked enough to be used in the same sentence as names like Fortnite and PUBG, Apex Legends has become a massive part of the online FPS industry and is even popular enough to feature in its own eSports tournament.
Apex Legends takes battle royale gaming to a new level. The game offers a range of out of this world characters to play, each with their own abilities and weaknesses to keep the game interesting as well as bizarre weapons with extraordinary battle power. Create your team of ragtag oddballs and survive the obstacle course that is one of the many maps Apex Legends offers. These arenas are usually part of a distant planet with their own distinct style and hiding places.
Apex Legends won’t let you wait too long, though. It will be available to download as of November 16th so you can play even before Christmas.
Dauntless
For a change from the battle royale genre, or a colourful fantasy world, look to Dauntless. Play solo or team up with other powerful players to hunt down the magical Behemoths. Choose from a range of medieval weapons for a high action combat experience that gets more magical as you go.
But the main draw is the characters. Customise every single little detail of your avatar (or Slayer’s) appearance, giving you cyber fantasy options like horns and lasers. Choose from hundreds of pieces of armour and emotes to convey every mood imaginable.
Challenge yourself in the game’s gauntlet feature, Escalation, which sees you face 5 back-to-back Behemoth battles with escalating difficulty. Choose powers, or “amps” to aid you in your quest.
Dauntless is already available on PC, PS4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, but has been confirmed by developer Phoenix Labs to be working on a mobile app. Although there is still no specific date released, the developers say they are aiming for 2022. For a free to play game, it’s only fair that the price is patience.
