South Africa’s Longest Zip-Line Makes World’s Best List

Whether it’s the highest, the longest, the steepest – there are some epic zip slides across the globe, and Red Bull went on a world-spanning excursion to work out which are the best.

South Africa’s Zip2000 zip slide located in Sun City made the list for being, well, just awesome really. For over six years it held the title of the world’s longest, highest and fastest zip slide. With an average speed of 120 km/h over two kilometres and reachingspeeds up to 160km/h.
