Gin & Tonic Festival Hitting Cape Town, Joburg
G&T-lovers, rejoice! Your holy grail is here.
Gin is the new black across SA, and as the youth begin embracing the highball cocktail, you’ll be glad to know that South Africa’s first dedicated gin and tonic festival will be taking place next year.
The Gin & Tonic Festival will be held in Cape Town on 30 January 2016 at Mason’s Press in Woodstock, and will bring together the country’s best ginsmiths to give attendees something special to sip on.
But Cape Town won’t be the only city getting in on the gin-love, as a Joburg date and venue details are to be announced too.
The organisers are yet to announce the specific distilleries that will be present at the event, but you should be able to expect the most notable local gin-makers around SA to be there.
