While most of Cape Town has its sights set on the Rugby Sevens World Cup this weekend, another big sporting event is taking place that’s also well worth carving out some time in your calendar over the weekend. Taking place at the CTICC from Friday, 9th to Sunday 11th September 2022, the AllSport Expo is set to bring together an incredible amount of sporting codes and activities under one roof.

The all-encompassing expo will feature exhibitors and workshops covering a wide variety of outdoor, indoor and water sports, with a focus on health, nutrition, medical and wellness products and services. The expo is one of CTICC’s own events and the only exhibition of its type in the Western Cape, offering small to larger retailers and sports and wellness practitioners an opportunity to demonstrate their product range and services in an experiential manner to the South African public.

Whether you’re interested in checking out the latest in gym equipment, getting the low-down on innovative clothing and gear, or want to sample and seek out what’s hot in health and wellness products — it’s all available at the AllSport Expo. Exhibitors include the likes of Bodyroll, Cape Crossfit & Concept Cardio, EPT Recovery, Evolve Skateboards, Gorilla Sports, Itouch, MobivIVe, MojoMe, Rockets Sportswear, Sally-Ann Creed, and many more.

In addition to the exhibitors, visitors at the expo can also attend live demonstrations or activations and try out a new sport facilitated by experts in their field — try your hand at boxing, CrossFit, dance, wall climbing, electric skateboarding or even golf. Plus, a range of workshops and live demonstrations will be hosted at the expo, covering topics from how to improve sports performance and training to sports injury and rehabilitation workshops, and much more.
