Mercedes introduces two new fragrances to the SA market.
Luxury car manufacturer and coveted lifestyle brand, Mercedes Benz, has launched two new fragrances: Pop Edition, a playful scent for her, and Man Bright, an elegant scent for him.
Known for being ultra-modern and luxurious, Mercedes Benz fragrances offer sophistication, innovation and the ultimate luxury. More than just beautiful scents, these fragrances are defined by eye-catching designs and strong concepts.
Mercedes Benz Man Bright Eau de Parfum
Price: R1,695.95 for 100ml (Dis-Chem)
Eye-catching, futuristic and modern, Man Bright is a woody aromatic scent designed by master perfumer Olivier Cresp, the creator of best-selling Mercedes Benz Man Eau de Toilette.
The fragrance features two exclusive natural extracts using CO2 extraction as the most advanced, safe and ecological process. Efficient and modern, this SFE* (supercritical fluid extraction) method avoids any degradation and obtains an extract olfactively very close to nature.
Top notes: bergamot, pink pepper SFE, mint essence (Zesty and energising)
Heart notes: lavandin, jasmine, incense SFE (Modernity)
Base notes: cederwood Virginia essence, white musk, tonka bean (Sensuality)
Pink pepper SFE is spicy, effervescent and fresh while incense SFE is sweet, woody and warm. Together, they uplift the fragrance and contribute to its unique scent.
For this new scent, the iconic bottle gets a shiny, mirror-like makeover, like a star. The neon blue used for the window matches perfectly with the silver colour for a futurist and a very modern result.
Mercedes Benz Pop Edition Eau de Parfum

Like the name suggests, Pop Edition is a delightfully playful fragrance that spreads joy and positivity. Created by master perfumer Honorine Blanc at Firmenich New York, this Oriental-floral is colourful and surprising. “Mercedes For Women Pop Edition is the expression of a young and colourful life,” says Blanc.
Gentle yet full of energy, Pop Edition is a fragrance of contrasts.
Top notes: bergamot, mandarin, peach and kiwi (Energy)
Heart notes: gardenia, jasmine sambac, frangipani (Softness)

The result is an unashamedly pop edition for a fragrance that’s still just as deliciously addictive. Blue, pink, yellow, green… Mixing the font sizes and capitalizing on the power of the monogram, the classic curved glass bottle is now covered with the Mercedes Benz logo in all shapes and sizes.
