Pick n Pay is Now Selling Affordable Gym Equipment – From Foam Rollers to Weights

Pick n Pay has launched an affordable fitness equipment range to make fitness equipment more accessible for customers opting to exercise at home. As customers continue to adapt their lifestyle to lockdown, many have continued with some of the habits they adopted from the earlier lockdown, such as home workouts.

The new Pick n Pay LiveFit range of exercise equipment consists of over 75 products — ranging from yoga mats, resistance bands, exercise balls, and dumbbell sets to exercise bikes, weightlifting benches, and home gyms.

With many resources now available online to help customers remain active at home, this new range of quality fitness equipment from Pick n Pay seeks to complement customers’ fitness goals — whether they are starting their fitness journey or wanting to level up their intensity.

The new LiveFit range of exercise equipment is an extension of the retailer’s Livewell food brand which launched in 2019 to help customers live a healthier life. The Livewell range makes healthy eating accessible to all customers by offering clear labelling of nutritional, dietician approved foods.

The free weight selection includes barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells in varying weights, sizes and finishes. An extensive selection of yoga equipment – from gyms balls to mats, blocks, foam rollers and resistance bands – are also on sale. On the accessory front, gym fanatics can pick up extras such as weighted gloves, torso sliders, and gym gloves.

According to John Bradshaw, retail executive of marketing at Pick n Pay, the retailer will also be launching a LiveFit clothing range in the coming months.

The LiveFit range is now available at all Hypermarket stores as well as at selected stores nationwide, and will soon be available on PnP’s online shop.
