Hendrick’s Orbium and Soda
Let’s start off easy. If you’re a gin fan, then why not embrace the unusual and let curiosity take the lead this Halloween? Try this slightly peculiar Orbium & Soda made with Hendrick’s Gin Orbium, a reinterpretation of the rounded house style of original Hendrick’s Gin, instilled with additional extracts of quinine, wormwood and lotus blossom essences.

Ingredients:
50 ml Hendrick’s Gin Orbium
Top with Soda Water
3 cucumber slices
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Lightly stir and serve.
Garnish with 3 rounds of skull carved cucumber slices.

Ingredients
45ml Monkey Shoulder
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
Add ice and stir
Once dilution is reached strain into a glass
For a bit of fun, garnish with an orange jack ‘o lantern or fill a shot syringe with 30ml Campari, place the syringe in glass and allow guests to “inject” the grenadine when they’re ready to enjoy.

Ingredients
2 servings (50 mL) Hendrick’s Gin
1 serving (25 ml) lemon juice
1 serving (25 ml) of cider
1 and a half (top) doses of ginger beer
3 apple slices
Pink cucumber
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl glass filled with ice cubes. Stir lightly and serve. Garnish with a pink cucumber and apple slices for a delightfully different Halloween drink.
