Anchorman 2 plot hints

A couple of weeks ago, we got the official word from Ron Burgundy himself that we would soon be getting Anchorman 2. But there are still many questions left unanswered. In a recent interview, director Adam McKay offered up a few clues as to what’s next for the Channel 4 Evening News team.

“I don’t want to give away too much, but I’ll just give a couple pieces of ideas that we’ve kicked around,” McKay told Salon. “Keep in mind we’re still writing the story, but I’ll say one phrase for you: custody battle. I’ll give you that. I’ll give you one other one: bowling for dollars.”

Whether this is a lead to lure fans into the wrong direction is debatable, either way, we’re stoked an Anchorman sequel is getting the love it deserves.
