Avengers: Age Of Ultron Images Leaked
Check out the new images of Tony Stark’s alternate armour and the new villain in the upcoming Avengers sequel.
The first official trailer for the highly-anticipated Avengers sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron, is set to release next week, but stills from the incoming trailer have already been leaked to the interwebs.
The trailer for the film was teased by a preview for episode 6 of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., with the Avengers: Age Of Ultron sting at the end, revealing the trailer will arrive on Tuesday, 28 October.
Somehow, someone already got hold of the trailer and took some screen-grabs which were posted to IBTimes, revealing the designs of villain Ultron (James Spader) and the Hulkbuster armour worn by Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr).
Iron Man’s Hulkbuster armour – designed obviously to bust, or try to bust, Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk – was first revealed in concept art from the earlier this year. The battle between the superheroes is said to take place in Johannesburg, where the crew was filming late last year. So, some South African flair thrown into the mix.
The Ultron design appears slightly different, as his face armour looks to have been retracted. However, it has been well publicised that the antagonist would undergo many changes in look and that some would be more human-like to help convey James Spader’s performance.
In typical Marvel fashion, the superhero sequel has been shrouded in secrecy since being announced, but finally the company offered some clues as to what the film is about. So, without further ado, here’s what to expect from The Avengers 2:
Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction.
Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision”.
