Eastwood Family Gets Reality Show
Dirty Harry’s grimace nabs episodic reality series.
There a new reality TV show in town and it’s coming to you courtesy of a member of Hollywood royalty… Clint Eastwood… yes, that Eastwood who bought you Unforgiven, Million Dollar Baby and Invictus. Well the good news is that it’s not entirely his idea. It seems that it is Clint’s better half; Dina Eastwood has decided to venture in to the world of reality television.
Mrs Eastwood claims to not be fame hungry or have any plans to fill the shoes of a certain Arminian family. It appears as if the show is more business decision than anything. The ten part series will focus specifically on Dina, and daughters Morgan and Francesca but more specifically on Dina managing a group of young a capella singers called “Overtone” from South Africa. It is said that Clint to make various cameo appearances on the show.
According to an interview with E! online columnist Mark Malkin, Dina discovered the group when Clint was filming Invictus (in South Africa). Dina explained. “I flipped out for them. I said, ‘I’m moving them over here.’ From the day they got off the plane, everyone said, ‘This has to be a show.’ “ Dina went on to say that, “Nothing is more important to me than family – no matter how you define that, people might be surprised by how we live our lives and our unconventional approach, and I also believe that it’s hard not to fall in love with my band, ‘Overtone.’”
The series, Mrs Eastwood & Company is set to premiere on 20 May in the US.

I watched a couple of episodes of this new show and it reminded me very much of the Kardashian shows…..girls are very whine and another rich family showing the rest of us how much they have and how unthankful they seem to be………..2 more spoiled rotten rich people’s kids who think they are stars. Now the dad Clint is a real star but he’s barely on the show…………..too bad………….he would probably draw a huge number of viewers but because he’s a star and likes his privacy I understand………….he’s a real star and doesn’t have to get popular doing the stupid antics all reality show people do…………..Just what America needs another silly show with talentless people…………………
