Terminator Genisys Trailer Arrives Packed Full Of Explosions And Time-Travelling
Check out the first trailer for the upcoming Terminator: Genisys.
He said he’d be back, and he wasn’t kidding. Arnold Schwarzenegger returns to his iconic steel-clad role as a time-travelling robot asassin in the fifth instalment in the Terminator franchise, entitled Genisys, and the first trailer has arrived.
The new trailer features some futuristic war scenes between the human survivors and Skynet’s robotic army, some time-jumping, and of course, some shooting and epic one-liners.
“Genisys takes place in the 2029. John Connor, leader of the resistance continues the war against the machines. At the Los Angeles offensive, John’s fears of the unknown future begin to emerge when TECOM spies reveal a new plot by SkyNet that will attack him from both fronts; past and future, and will ultimately change warfare forever.”
Despite the creators spelling “genesis” in the weirdest way imaginable, it actually looks pretty awesome.
Terminator: Genisys is scheduled for a July 2015 release. Check out the trailer below:
