We saw this with the Winnie the Pooh horror releases, and Popeye’s Revenge follows suite, delivering a slasher-themed reimagining of the beloved sailor character; but instead of chuckling and having a good ole time with his friends, he’s slaying a bunch of teens who stumble into his domain.
Hilariously, things get very literal and you’ll also see exactly why he’s called ‘Popeye’.
The film stars Emily Mogilner, Connor Powles, and Danielle Ronald and will be released in 2025.
