Trailer: Anthony Mackie Takes on Robots as a Cybernetic Soldier in ‘Outside the Wire’

The Avengers‘ Anthony Mackie is really coming into his own on the big and small screen. After becoming a fan-favourite as Falcon in Marvel’s cinematic universe, the actor is stepping into a starring role in next year’s Falcon and the Winter Soldier show on Disney+, and has a new Netflix movie on the way too.

Set in the future, Outside the Wire follows Harp (Damson Idris), a drone pilot, is sent into a deadly militarised zone where he finds himself working for Leo (Anthony Mackie), an android officer, tasked to locate a doomsday device before the insurgents do.

Outside the Wire is directed by Mikael Håfström, and will hit Netflix in January.
