Transformers: The Last Knight, is Bay’s fifth and final Transformers movie (before the franchise continues on an annual basis in the hands of others).
Mark Wahlberg will reprise his role as Cade Yeager from Transformers: Age of Extinction. After skipping the last instalment, Josh Duhamel is also set to return as William Lennox, who appeared in the first three films.
Isabela Moner recently boarded the sequel as the female lead. She is best known for such indie movies as 100 Things to Do Before High School and Growing Up Fisher. The movie also landed Jerrod Carmichael from NBC’s The Carmichael Show as the comedic relief this time out. Shooting will take place in Detroit, with various on-location shoots planned to take place throughout the world.
