300 and Man of Steel director Zack Snyder has been in the limelight this year with his long-awaited Snyder Cut of Justice League, but the DC superhero team-up wasn’t his only film arriving in 2021.
Described as a zombie-heist film, Army of the Dead, which is hitting Netflix on 21 May, stars Guardian of the Galaxy‘s Dave Bautista as the leader of a ragtag group of mercenaries who attempt to retrieve millions of dollars from Las Vegas, which has been turned into a quarantined wasteland full of zombies.
Garret Dillahunt, Raúl Castillo, Omari Hardwick, and Ella Purnell also star.
