X-Men: Apocalypse – Jean Grey, Storm And Cyclops Cast

For the past few weeks, rumours have been bubbling around regarding the casting of X-Men: Apocalypse, specifically who would be the latest to being the characters of Storm, Jean Grey and Cyclops to the screen.

And now we have some answers.

On his Twitter feed, director Bryan Singer has broken the news. And he’s revealed that Alexandra Shipp has landed the part of Storm, that Game Of Thrones‘ Sophie Turner is Jean Grey, and that Mud‘s Tye Sheridan will be playing Cyclops in the new film.

They join a cast that already includes James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Oscar Isaac. The new film goes before the cameras in April, with Singer back behind the camera following his success with X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
