In a recent video Trapped Under Ice frontman Justice talks abou the importance of “the squat rack” when being in a heavy metal band. The video follows the frontman getting a workout whilst on tour in Cardiff. He talks about the virtues of doing squats and claims that they “make you scream harder,” “jump higher,” “chicks dig you more,” and so it goes on. The video ends with him visiting Burger King because, “Burger King has all the essential fats and grease that you need.” Classic.
