Johnny Depp and Marilyn Manson Make Music Together

As strange as it may sound, goth icon Marilyn Manson has teamed up with Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp to do a cover of Carly Simon’s OG diss track “You’re So Vain,” which will be featured on Marilyn’s next album, Born Villain.

If you put two and two together it actually makes some sense. Both these guys are no doubt talented, smart and simultaneously a bit off-centre. I suppose a musical extension of their friendship is the logical next step – lets not forget that Manson was Johnny Depp’s plus-one to the premiere of “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.”

Whatever comes of this, its sure to be interesting. We’ll keep you in the loop.
